1. Is the material BPA free?

Yes, all parts are made from eco-friendly material which are reusable and sustainable.

2. MOQ thing.

Usually our MOQ is 3,000pcs. But sometimes we could accept lower that depends on our production status.

3. Can I get samples?

We provide exiting sample or samples with custom designs. Samples charge is refundable when order is up to certain quantity.

4. What is your payment term?

Our normal payment term is T/T 30 percent deposit after order signed and 70 percent against copy of B/L. L/C could be accept for order over 100K.

5. How long is the production lead time?

It takes 25-35 days for MOQ. We have large production capacity, which can ensure fast delivery time even for large quantity.

6. Which kinds of certificates would you have?

LFGB, FDA for product and BSCI.

7. How to ensure the quality of products?

We have inspect throughout production. You could do online inspection or arrange third party for goods inspection.
